来华留学

1、奖学金提供的对象：申请攻读佳木斯大学本科学位、硕士学位、博士学位者。

※所有专业都可以申请A类或B类的中国政府奖学金（CSC）；

※汉语零基础者可报名。通过HSK4级及以上考试者优先考虑录取；

※申请本科专业物流管理、电子商务、国际经济与贸易、工商管理时，汉语零基础者可报名。通过HSK3级及以上考试者优先考虑录取。

2、奖学金提供的期限：汉语补习1—2年，硕士、博士专业学习期限为3学年。

3、学士学位奖学金申请条件：申请者须具有高中毕业证，学习成绩优秀，年龄在25周岁以下。

4、硕士研究生奖学金的申请条件：申请者须具有学士学位，学习成绩优秀，非已在华学习的学生，年龄在35周岁以下。

5、博士研究生奖学金的申请条件：申请者须具有硕士学位，学习成绩优秀，非已在华学习的学生，年龄在40周岁以下。

6、中国政府奖学金内容：将为学生提供学费，住宿费，生活费，综合保险费。

7、政府奖学金时需提交以下材料：（※请确保所有材料电子版上传至申请网站http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）

（1）《中国政府奖学金申请表》（由国家留学基金委统一印制），用中文或英文填写；此表须从留学基金委网站上下载打印使用(http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn)；佳木斯大学代码为：10222；

（2）经公证过的最高学历证明，且公证文件必须为英语或汉语；有HSK证书者请提供HSK证书复印件。申请本科的学生需提供《来华留学本科入学学业水平测试成绩单》（申请者须参加国家留学基金管理委员会组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”，具体要求及操作流程详见 CSCA 官方网站：www.csca.cn）；

（3）用中文或英文书写的来华学习或研究计划，要求900字以上；

（4)申请者须提交两名教授或副教授用中文或英文书写的推荐信（申请本科不需要提供）;

（5）用中文或英文填写的由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制的表格《外国人体格检查记录》；

（6）护照复印件；

（7）无犯罪记录证明。

1. The Students Criteria for Scholarship

Those who apply for Bachelor's degree，Master's degree or Doctor's degree in Jiamusi University. ※All majors are available for Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) in either Type A or Type B;

※Those with zero Chinese proficiency are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to those who pass HSK level 4 or above for admission;

※When applying for undergraduate majors in Logistics Management, Electronic Commerce, International Economics and Trade, and Business Administration, applicants with zero Chinese proficiency are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to those who pass HSK level 3 or above for admission.

2.The Duration of the Scholarship

Scholarship for students learning Chinese is to be offered up to one or two years; scholarship for students learning a certain major is to be offered up to 3 academic years.

3.Application Requirements of Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree

For studying Bachelor’s Degree, applicants under the age of 25 must have diploma of senior high school with excellent grades.

4.Application Requirements of Scholarship for Master’s Degree

For studying Master’s Degree, applicants under the age of 35 must have Bachelor’s Degree with excellent grades. (The applicants can not be studying in China while applying.)

5.Application Requirements of Scholarship for Doctoral Degree

For studying the Doctoral Degree, applicants under the age of 40 must have Master’s Degree with excellent grades. (The applicants can not be studying in China while applying.)

6.The Content of Scholarship

The Chinese Government Scholarships include the tuition, lodging, stipend and comprehensive medical insurance.

2)  Notarized copy of the highest educational certificate/diploma obtained. The notarized documents must be in English or Chinese. Applicants with HSK certificates should provide a copy. Applicants for Bachelor's programs must provide the  CSCA Score Report for Undergraduate Admission (Applicants are required to take the "China Scholastic Competency Assessment" (CSCA) organized by the China Scholarship Council. For specific requirements and procedures, please refer to the official CSCA website: www.csca.cn).;
3)  Study or Research Plan in China（over 900 words）.

4) Applicants are required to submit recommendation letters written in Chinese or English by two professors or associate professors(not required for undergraduate applications).

5) The form “Foreigner Physical Examination Record” filled in Chinese or English.

6）Passport copy.

7）Certificate of no criminal record.
