I am BINAY PRATAP SINGH foreign student from Nepal of 2014 MBBS batch enrolled in Jiamusi University. As I graduatedin this 2020，so I have written this story of my own personal life during this six years experiences in China. I like learning new things，self dependent，gaining achievements in life，making optimist friendship relation，so I like to share some of my deeds personal life experience during this years stay duration in China. Hope good response from all！
我是毕曼·普拉塔普·辛格（BINAY PRATAP SINGH），我来自尼泊尔，我读于佳木斯大学（Jiamus University）2014年MBBS批次的外国学生。一直以来，我都追求独立，并热衷于学习新事物和建立乐观的友谊关系，我也希望在今后的人生中能取得些许成就。所以在2020年的今天，我写下了我在中国这六年生活、学习的过程所发生的故事，也是想向广大留学生分享在中国学习、生活的经验，希望能给正在看这篇文章的你带来一点点的帮助。
Flying to China：2014-08-26. This was the day I can never forget when I was flying China for the first time for my higher study MBBS. It was first flight of my life. When I was in flight little bit scared thinking how to reach my university because I was totally unfamiliar with foreign countries. When I arrived China I found everything like language communication, food dress custom, culture, behavior of Chinese people is almost different. I feel wonder looking every people face seems to be similar, it beginning it was even difficult for me to distinguish between my teachers hahaha.
飞往中国：2014-08-26，我背上行囊前往中国求学，我永远不会忘记的一天，这也是我人生的第一次飞行。当我在飞机上，我就抱着忐忑的心情开始想象我的大学生活，毕竟当时的我一点也不了解中国的文化。果然不出我所料，当我来到中国时，我发现中国人的语言交流、饮食习惯、文化、行为等方面与我想象的都不一样。当时最让我苦恼的就是，每个中国人的脸看起来就是那么的相似，一开始我甚至很难区分我的老师，哈哈哈……
Nepalese students warmly welcomed all new comers from Nepal. There was small welcome program organize by them during which we got introduced to each other. Slowly I came in contact with my seniors from Nepal. They helped me a lot in every aspects like arranging my room in dormitory, helped me bought using daily stuffs. As I had never cooked before some seniors taught me how to cook, where to go buying useful daily stuffs. In this way I became familiar with my Nepali seniors and became adopted with the life style of Jiamusi.
来自尼泊尔的留学生热烈欢迎同样来自尼泊尔的新生。他们组织了一个小型的欢迎活动，在活动中我们互相介绍。慢慢地，我和尼泊尔的学长们取得了联系。他们在各个方面都帮了我很多，比如在宿舍整理房间，帮我购买日用品。因为我以前从来没有做过饭，所以一些大四的学长们教我怎么做饭，去哪儿购物等等，通过这种方式，我熟悉了来自尼泊尔的同学们，并开始接受佳木斯的生活方式。
After span of sometime around 1 month our 2014 batch regular class started. My all classmates were from different countries like India, Maldives, I was alone from Nepal. I thought being alone from my nation can’t make good contact with my friend and will hard time for me. But as time passed I made 1 good friend from India named Deepak Maurya. He is really good in every aspects like studying, plying, moral sense. Finally I came to know that Indian friends are most friendly, helpful, good sense of humor. Again I thanks to all my friends being part of my life.
在大约一个月的时间跨度后，我们的014批常规班开始了。我同学们都来自于印度、马尔代夫等不同的国家，只有我一个人来自尼泊尔。我以为一个人离开我的国家就不太可能交到新的朋友并保持良好的联系。但随着时间的推移，我交了一个来自印度的好朋友，名叫迪帕克·莫里亚。他在学习、娱乐、道德感等各方面都很好。最后我才知道，印度朋友是最友好、最乐于助人、最有幽默感的。再次感谢所有的朋友成为我生活的一部分。
Living in foreign country,life is not so much easier. In my view It’s best to make friend of that same residing country to be get adopted and make daily life easier. As I am always fond of learning new things to learn and explore China I made my best Chines friend named Liu Min. She taught me a lot Chinese people living style. The way of people living, behaving, thinking, communicating. We shared our ideas how foreigners and Chines people think about each other. She is good inspiration of my life. I got many changes, progressed in my life due to her. I really appreciate her being always supporting standing with me.
生活在异国他乡，生活并不那么容易。在我看来，最好能交到一个中国的朋友，以便生活上能得到些许帮助。由于我一直喜欢学习新东西来学习和探索中国，我很快就交到了我最好的中国朋友——刘佳敏，她教会了我很多关于中国人的生活方式、行为方式、思维方式、交流方式。我们还分享了外国人和中国人对彼此的看法，她是我生活的好灵感。因为她，我的生活发生了很多变化。我真的很感谢她一直支持我。
At the beginning of first semester it was mandatory to learn basic Chinese language. Regarding my view of aspect as people say Chinese is the worlds toughest language. When I started learning it was so interesting meaningful language. I used to interact with my Chinese teachers, friends and try to speak them for my practice of learning. With this daily practice and hard labour I learned basic Chinese. I taken the HSK 4 level exam and in my first attempt I got qualified.
在第一学期开始时，汉语课程的学习也随之开始。尽管人们说汉语是世界上最难的语言，但当我开始学习它时，我发现它是如此有趣有意义的语言。我经常和我的语文老师还有朋友们用中文进行交流，并试着为我的学习实践发言。通过每天不间断的练习，我学会了基本的汉语。我参加了HSK 4级考试，很幸运第一次考试就通过了。
My Jiamusi University is one of the finest University providing high grade excellent study learning skills to student’s. The interaction between students and teachers are quite helpful. Students get chance to present their own ideas, view regarding certain topics. Can do group discussion study. I also got opportunity to conduct class to share my ideas. Its really fruitful for all students.
我所在的佳木斯大学是一所致力于为学生提供高效优秀学习技能的最好的大学之一，师生之间的互动很频繁，且对我们的帮助很大。学生在任何时候都能提出自己的想法和对某些事物的看法，我们随时做小组讨论学习。我也经常在上课是分享我的想法。这对提升学生的学习成绩十分有成效。
Beauty of Jiamusi: Jiamusi is a prefecture-level city I eastern Heilongjiang province. I think Jiamusi is quite beautiful in its greenery surrounded by small hills and river bank. As it lies in northern hemisphere the wether is quite cold here. Winter, summer, spring, autumn, type of weather found throughout the year. I most like winter season. Because I had never seen snow fall before. During snow fall the city is more bounded by its natural beauty. Snow fall occurs six month’s throughout the winter season. During the snow fall the climate is too cold but the scenery is amazing like heaven of pearls. Summer is good for cycling, strolling around lake, river. The best think I liked about Jiamusi city is its not so crowded and living expenses is cheap here in comparison to other cities of China. People of Jiamusi city are polite, good and honest, kind hearted. People of Jiamusi like foreigners. They treat foreigners as guest and are much friendly.
佳木斯之美：佳木斯是黑龙江省东部的一个地级市。我认为佳木斯是相当美丽的，这里有起伏的小山丘和岸边绿树成荫的松花江。由于地处北半球，这里四季分明，尤其是冬季会很寒冷。但我最喜欢冬天因为来佳木斯之前我从未没见过雪。这里冬季的降雪会持续六个月，整个城市都笼罩在雪里，所见之处皆是白茫茫一片，就像珍珠的天堂。这里的夏季天清云低，微风不燥，非常适合在湖边、河边散步或是骑自行车。我最喜欢佳木斯市的地方就是它并不拥挤，与中国其他城市相比，这里的生活费用很低。佳木斯人彬彬有礼，善良诚实。而且他们对外国人友好热情。
With god blessing and little bit my own hard work as being regular attentive class students，good grades in exam，luckily teacher provided me opportunity to work as class representative. I got many responsibilities to do. As I was one normal student it was like challenge for me to carryout students and teachers work. On my responsible teacher Hellen advice I have learnt many techniques,skills,things during this my class representative period. It’s honored for me to work and getting many experience working class representative.
幸运的是我作为一个普通的专心听讲的学生，在考试中取得了很好的成绩，所以老师给了我一个做班级代表的机会。我很珍惜这次机会，我明白这份荣耀的背后亦是一份责任。因为我一直以来都是一名普通的学生，与我而言，开展学生和教师工作也是一个巨大的挑战。所以我认真听取负责我的海伦老师的建议，在我做班长期间，我学到了很多技巧、技巧和事情。我很荣幸能为我的同学们服务并获得许多经验。
I worked in International Student Council (ISC) for 3 years in Educationandpublication department. During this episode of working as education committee members conducted special classes foreign graduates students regarding internship, thesis, practical skills, China hospital class issue. We conducted quiz competition and participated in many program organized by our university.
我在国际学生会（ISC）工作了3年，在教育和出版部门工作。在这一期的教委工作中，参加了多次对留学生进行了实习、论文、实践技能、中国医学班级问题等方面的专题课。同时我们举办了多次智力竞赛，参加了学校组织的许多项目。
I participated and worked in conference work as innovation and entrepreneurship project base. Working in conference work along people with different country is great opportunity to share our culture, customs, habit of learning among us. Working with my conference team I had experienced and came to know China many unknown amazing interesting valuable fact which was quite unique and fruitful. Thanks to my university teacher giving this type of project work for deserving students.
我作为创新创业项目的代表与来自不同国家的同学一起参加会议工作，是我们分享我们的文化、习俗和学习方法的大好机会。与我的会议团队一起工作，我了解并经历了关于中国许多未知的、令人惊奇的、有趣的、有价值的故事，这是非常独特和富有成果的。多亏了我的大学老师为我们做了这样的项目。
My Jiamusi University is valuable for its great contribution not only in education field but the university used to organize various programs for us foreign students. Every year conduct welcome program for new comers. Our foreign students to express share our nation culture, dress, music conduct GALA event. As I am always keen used to participate in different program organized by our university.
我所在的佳木斯大学不仅在教育领域做出了巨大的贡献，而且为留学生举办各种各样的活动。包括每年的迎新晚会和年中的音乐晚会以及美食、服饰文化节。一直以来我十分热衷于参加我们大学组织的不同主题的活动。
This is some of click taken during Global Village cultural exchange program held by my university. These cultural exchange program is like platform for the people from different nation to expose their culture among people living in different countries. Being the representative of Nepal I got chance to represent my country Nepal unique great culture. Before this program I had seen different culture,dress,food,language appearance of people in movie,internet only. On these program I saw people from different countries with their unique culture made me surprise joyful and I was excited and happy sharing my own country tradition too.
这是我校举办的“地球村文化交流项目”中的一部分现场照片。这个活动就是一个平台，让来自不同国家的人们聚在一起相互展示他们的文化。我很荣幸的作为尼泊尔的代表去向大家展示尼泊尔独特的文化。在此次活动之前，我只在电影、网络上看到过与我不同文化、衣着、食物、语言的人们。通过此次活动，我看到了来自不同国家的人们和他们独特的文化，这让我感到十分激动和惊喜，我也很兴奋的向别的国家的人分享我自己国家的传统文化。
Sports: In our university mainly athletes type sports is played like running, jumping. Also many sports like table tennis, football, basketball, etc are played here. As I am low body weight I used to participate in running competition. I often run in marathon organize by some community of Jiamusi city. I run thrice for half marathon around Jiamusi city. As Jiamusi climate is not so hot, it’s comfortable to run marathon. Our classmate has organized many tournaments for cricket. Our university teacher also encourage students to participate in sports. I had been many time representative for my country in sports meeting. Here are some clicks of sports with my teachers and classmates.
体育：在我大学里主流的运动形式不仅仅是跑步和跳远，还有很多球类的运动形式，如乒乓球、足球、篮球等。因为我的体重很轻，所以我经常参加跑步比赛锻炼身体。我经常参加佳木斯市某些社区组织的马拉松比赛，迄今为止，我在佳木斯市跑了三次半程马拉松。佳木斯夏季气候温和，跑马拉松很舒服。我们的同学们也爱好运动，他们自发的组织了许多板球比赛。我们的大学老师也经常鼓励学生参加体育运动，在他的影响下，我曾多次代表尼泊尔参加学校组织的留学生运动会。下面是我和我的老师同学们一起参加体育活动照片。
Traveling around China is like one of my favorite hobby. Especially during vacation I love to see and visit new places. I travelled to many big and famous cities of China like Beijing, Shanghai，Guangzhou，Harbin，Xian，Shenyang，Nanjing，etc. Among these all Xian city is the one which I liked most. Xian is fully occupied with ethnic cultural background. The famous Terra-cotta warriors museum reveals the ancestral historical culture. The weather, eating dishes are almost similar to my country Nepal. I enjoyed a lot traveling of various cities in China.
关于旅行：我记得我来中国的第一站是北京，长时间的旅途让我倍感疲惫，我坐在车里昏昏欲睡，不经意的抬眼间，是北京天安门！我看到了北京天安门——一座大气磅礴，浑然天成的建筑，就这样在我毫无准备的情况下，这个有着五千年文明的古国第一次以这样具体的模样闯进了我的眼里。从此，中国在我心里有了具体的形象。也是从这时起，我便决定要亲自去看看中国大江南北不同的风景，去体会中国各个地方人文，习俗的差异性。
五年间，在节奏紧凑的学习生活间歇，我去过了北京、哈尔滨、抚远、西安、上海、广州……我曾在白雪皑皑的北京城下午三点的暖阳里，在紫禁城的红墙黛瓦下静静踱步；我曾在大雪纷飞的高速公路上驰骋，我们从佳木斯出发，一路向北，直达抚远，酣畅淋漓；我曾在哈尔滨的每个季节里，在果戈里大街逗留一天，然后穿过中央大街的林荫，在圣索菲亚教堂前驻足；我曾在西安炎热的夏季，度过了漫长的两个月,我爱从秦始皇兵马俑一号坑汹涌人潮中穿行的汗流浃背，一下子过渡到秦始皇陵绿荫下的凉爽；我曾在上海高楼林立、车水马龙的街头迷路，然后在夜幕降临，整个上海都亮起璀璨灯光时，奇迹般的回到了熟悉的街区……我喜欢中国，最大的理由是在中国这片土地的任何一个地方，我都不会感到孤独，常伴我和风景同行的是各式各样有着不同喜好，说话带有不同口音的，但都同样友善热情的中国人。
我了解我自己，我原本就是一个喜欢发光发热的人，做成太阳就做萤火，套用佩索阿的话，我没有野心和渴望，努力成为医生不是我的野心，而是我生存的方式。
Chinese food is most tasty for me because of their unique way of cooking from rest of the world. As I am fond of eating meat I mostly prefer to eat meat. Before I came to China I heard that Chinese food is all boiled no any spices. But I came to know that almost many Chinese food is more spicy than mine. In fact Chinese dishes are of specialized varieties. Among them mine favorite food is hotpot.
关于美食：我喜欢吃中国菜，因为中国菜讲究色、香、味俱全，且烹饪方法多种多样，菜系也南北各不同，在中国，你几乎可以吃到全世界的美食。其中我最喜欢的食物是火锅
My Jiamusi University Hospital is one of the largest hospital among surrounding areas providing all kind of treatment facilities. During internship period I practiced with different departments doctors hospital staffs learned a lot. Although patient can’t speak our foreigners local language knowing basic medical terms communicating with them is quite convenient. But the hospital doctors professors speaking English is quite fluent helps to teach and make us practice easier. Mine surgery and pediatrics department was quite experienced. Doctors allow us to treat check patients with normal diseases. Those who are interested can get more chance to visit and interact with patients and learn more skills like dressing wound, giving medicine, syringes. Our hospital is occupied with all advanced equipments，flow of patients are high and chances of learning is too high.
我所在的佳木斯大学附属第一医院是佳木斯周边地区最大的医院。实习期间，我在不同科室实习，向当地的医生和医院工作人员学到了很多。虽然大多数病人不会说英语，但是我们与之用基本的医学术语交流还是很方便的。而且医院的医生教授的英语说的相当流利，十分有助于我们学习。我在外科和儿科积累了很多经验。医生允许我们治疗轻症患者。那些感兴趣的人可以有更多的机会去探望病人，与病人互动，学习更多的技能，比如包扎伤口、给药、打针。佳木斯大学附属第一医院设备齐全，病人流量大，学习机会也大。
We had regular internship in hospital in hospital but due to this corona virus pandemic our internship resumed in online internship for short interval for the safety of interns students. Online internship is using internet and learning from your electronic devices without presence of patients. Online internship also very effective as we can learn different subject related to different topic at any time. Online internship helps to see live video classes, surgery along with theory notes which is fruitful for quick learning. For the safety of health and time consuming online internship program for students is effective. I also learnt a lot. Concerning about health safety during this pandemic its effective.
作为医学院的学生，我们一直会去医院做定期实习。但由于这次新冠肺炎的流行，我们这次为期一个月的实习改成了网上实习，以确保实习学生的安全。在线实习就是在没有病人在场的情况下，使用互联网和电子设备完成自主学习。网上实习也非常有效，因为我们可以在任何时间段学习不同主题的不同科目。通过观看视频课程和手术视频进行学习，在非常时期这种学习方法是在确保人身安全的情况下最有成效的。
Corona is the time which I will remember throughout my life. My daily life during corona was normal as usual. As for foreign students healthy learning environment the university not allowed to go outside during this pandemic. It was quite safe, pleasant, sound environment inside dormitory. Inside dormitory I used to carryout my daily normal life like doing online internship, preparing for doctor license examination, cooking, eating, sleeping, doing some exercises, watching news. Being class representative I was busy in preparing graduate work.
新冠肺炎盛行的这段时间是我一生都会记住的时间。在学校的保护策略下，我们是不被允许出宿舍楼的，学校会每天把生活用品和新鲜的食品送到宿舍楼，因此我在新冠肺炎期间的日常生活没有受到很大的影响。宿舍内环境安全、舒适、整洁。在宿舍里，我的生活一切如常，做饭，吃饭，睡觉，做一些运动，看新闻，以及网上实习，准备医生执照考试等。作为班级代表，我那时也正忙着准备毕业典礼。日子安全且充实。
Some memorable moments with my friends，they are mean a lot for me. Life is beautiful，prosperous unforgettable experience with this buddy，mates. Many things keep coming going as nature rule，butmy mates are always with me.Some moments snapshot with My besties brother from different motherland.
和朋友在一起的一些难忘的时刻，对我来说意义重大。生活是美好的，繁荣难忘的经验与这个伙伴，伙伴。很多事情都是按自然规律来的，但我的朋友总是和我在一起。我和来自不同祖国的好兄弟在一起。
And finally with love, support, blessing, good wishes of parents, teachers, relatives, friends I successfully graduated as one of the excellent graduate. Although due to this pandemic we had online graduation can’t attend convocation but being with classmates the day was memorable. The graduation day was the most important day of our life. It was historical day for me including all my classmates. After graduation the real life adventure begins as we had to take next step and need move forward the new journey of life begins. Some clicks with my classmates on occasion of graduation.
最后在父母、老师、亲戚、朋友的关爱、支持、祝福下，我作为优秀毕业生之一，顺利毕业。虽然因为疫情的原因，我们只能参加网上毕业典礼，但与同学们在一起的日子是难忘的。毕业那天是我们生命中最重要的一天，对我们来说也是历史性的一天。毕业后，真正的生活冒险开始了，我们会向前迈进新的生活旅程。
Overall my life stay in China is quite good beyond of my expectation as I feel myself lucky that everything was good going smoothly successfully either my daily life or study life. Time passed so rapidly that I didn’t realized it’s already six years I stayed up. Living six years in China is almost one fourth of my life expectancy till now. I confidently without any doubt can say that this six years was the best time of my life. Thank you everyone being part of my life during this amazing time in China. I like to be apologize accidentally if I had hearted someone. Hope see you all in great position, prosperous, healthy, wealthy life. See you again!
总的来说，我在中国的生活比我想象的要好得多，因为我觉得自己很幸运，无论是日常生活还是学习生活，一切都很顺利。时间过得太快了，我都没意识到我已经熬夜六年了。到目前为止，在中国生活的六年时间几乎是我现在美好人生的四分之一。毫无疑问，这六年是我一生中最美好的时光。谢谢你们在中国的这段美好时光里成为我生活的一部分。如果我曾经伤害过别人，我喜欢意外地道歉。希望大家都能过上好日子，富裕，健康，富裕的生活。再见！
