The activity of soliciting articles, themed as “Studying Abroad in Heilongjiang”, is to be organized and implemented by Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education for international students, in order to enhance the friendly relationship with international students studying in Heilongjiang and promote the international level of our province. The specific details are hereby notified as follows:
1. Theme of Articles
The theme of the solicited articles is “studying abroad in Heilongjiang”. It is required to describe good memories in your daily life during your study in Heilongjiang province. There are no restrictions on style or genre, so it could be a poem, an essay, a ceremony speech, an article about learning experience, a friendship story or a documentary writing on social practice.
2. Qualification of Participants
Participants of the activity should be the international students studying in universities or institutes of Heilongjiang Province
3. Requirements of Articles
The articles are required to have a distinct theme with beautiful and fluent language. The article title is of your choice and there is no restriction on style or genre, such as essay, poem, sonnet etc. Participants can write in English or Chinese. Articles should be less than 2,000 words long. The format of word document is required with 12 point font of Song typeface in Chinese and Times New Roman in English.
The articles need to be real and original. It is required to add the title, Chinese and English names of the author, nationality, university or institute, contact information.
The sponsor is in authority with the articles, for example, to display, edit and publish the articles.
Articles can be sent by e-mail to 52931229@qq.com or be handed to the Students Affairs Office before Dec. 25th, 2015.The articles you submitted should be marked the activity theme.
