药学院始建于1976年，现有制药工程、药学、化学、药物分析、化学工程与工艺5个本科专业，其中制药工程专业为国家级特色专业、省重点专业、省一流本科专业建设点、省综合改革试点专业；药学专业为省一流本科专业建设点、省级重点专业；化学专业为省一流本科专业建设点、校重点专业。学院现有药学、化学2个一级硕士学位授权学科，药学硕士专业学位授权点，学科教学（化学）教育硕士专业学位授权点。学院建有药学国家博士后科研工作站、中国药食同源研发中心、黑龙江省药学研究所、黑龙江省新药创制与药效毒理评价重点实验室、黑龙江省高校生物药制剂重点实验室、黑龙江省药学实验教学示范中心、黑龙江省中兽药工程技术研究中心和黑龙江省制药研究生培养创新基地等优质教学科研平台。
The College of Pharmacy was established in 1976 and currently offers five undergraduate programs: Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Chemical Engineering and Technology. Among these, Pharmaceutical Engineering is a national distinctive specialty, a provincial key specialty, a provincial first-class undergraduate program construction site, and a provincial comprehensive reform pilot program. The Pharmacy program is recognized as a provincial first-class undergraduate program construction site and a provincial key specialty. The Chemistry program is designated as a provincial first-class undergraduate program construction site and a university key specialty.
The college grants master's degrees in two first-level disciplines: Pharmacy and Chemistry, along with professional master's degree authorization in Pharmacy and subject teaching (Chemistry) education. It hosts a range of high-quality teaching and research platforms, including the National Postdoctoral Research Station in Pharmacy, the China Research Center for Medicinal and Edible Homology, the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Pharmacy, the Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of New Drug Creation and Efficacy-Toxicity Evaluation, the Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Biopharmaceutical Formulations in Universities, the Heilongjiang Provincial Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Pharmacy, the Heilongjiang Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Veterinary Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Innovative Training Base for Graduate Students in Pharmaceuticals.
