学院集本科生教育、研究生教育、全校本科生公共体育教学及相关领域学科研究于一体，设有体育教育系、社会体育指导与管理系2个系，公共体育教研部、体育理论教研部2个部和体育场馆中心、体育科学实验中心、竞赛训练与健康标准测试中心3个中心。拥有体育专业硕士、学科教学（体育）2个硕士学位授权点。
The College of Physical Education integrates undergraduate education, graduate education, public physical education for all undergraduates, and disciplinary research in related fields. It comprises two departments: the Department of Physical Education and the Department of Sports Guidance and Management; two teaching and research offices: the Public Physical Education Office and the Sports Theory Office; as well as three centers: the Sports Venue Center, the Sports Science Experimental Center, and the Competition Training & Health Standard Testing Center.
The college holds master's degree authorizations in two fields: the Master of Sports Science and Subject Teaching (Physical Education).
