学院现有预防医学和健康服务与管理2个本科专业，预防医学专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点；有公共卫生与预防医学一级学科学术硕士学位授权点1个，公共卫生专业硕士学位授权点1个。学院现有黑龙江省研究生培养创新实践示范基地1个，省级重点实验室1个。
The College offers two undergraduate programs: Preventive Medicine and Health Services and Management. The Preventive Medicine program is recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program. It possesses one academic master's degree authorization point in the first-level discipline of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and one professional master's degree authorization point in Public Health.
The college currently operates one Heilongjiang Provincial Postgraduate Training Innovation and Practice Demonstration Base and one provincial key laboratory.
