佳木斯大学康复医学院*护理学院（佳木斯大学附属第三医院）暨黑龙江省小儿脑性瘫痪防治疗育中心，始建于1987年，是中国第一所小儿脑瘫防治、儿童康复与研究的专门机构，创始人李树春被誉为“中国小儿脑瘫康复之父”，开创了我国小儿脑瘫康复事业的先河。医院是集临床医疗、教学、科研于一体的三级专科医院，获批国家临床重点专科、省级临床重点专科建设项目，获批省级重点实验室、省级领军人才梯队，是我国儿童康复医学领域的领军单位，是全国助残先进集体。
学院于1983年招收硕士研究生，1986年获硕士学位授予权；1999年成立全国首家康复医学院。现有医学技术、康复医学与理疗学2个专业学位硕士点，以及博士后科研工作站；现有省级重点学科1个（康复医学与理疗学学科）；省级重点实验室1个（佳木斯大学儿童神经康复实验室）；省级领军人才梯队1个（康复医学与理疗学）；省级优秀教学团队1个（康复治疗学）。教育部最新公布的《中国大学本科教育分专业排行榜》结果显示，康复治疗学专业全国排名第五，是黑龙江省唯一进入B+并在其中排名第一的专业。
The Rehabilitation Medicine*Nursing College of Jiamusi University (The Third Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University) and Heilongjiang Provincial Center for the Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy was established in 1987. It is China's first specialized institution dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and research of pediatric cerebral palsy and child rehabilitation. Its founder, Professor Li Shuchun, honored as the "Father of Pediatric Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation in China," pioneered the field of pediatric cerebral palsy rehabilitation in the country.
The hospital is a tertiary specialized hospital integrating clinical services, teaching, and scientific research. It has been approved as a national clinical key specialty and a provincial clinical key specialty construction project. It also houses a provincial key laboratory and a provincial leading talent echelon. As a leading institution in pediatric rehabilitation medicine in China, it has been recognized as a National Advanced Unit for Assisting Persons with Disabilities.
The college began enrolling master's students in 1983 and was granted the authority to confer master's degrees in 1986. In 1999, it established the nation's first College of Rehabilitation Medicine. It currently offers two professional master's programs in Medical Technology and Rehabilitation Medicine & Physiotherapy, along with a postdoctoral research workstation.

According to the latest "Chinese University Undergraduate Education Program Ranking" released by the Ministry of Education, the Rehabilitation Therapy program is ranked fifth nationally. It is the only program in Heilongjiang Province to achieve a B+ rating and ranks first within that category.
