学院现有机械工程系、农业机械化工程系、能源与动力工程系、机械电子工程系、智能制造工程系、车辆工程系6个系、机械工程基础部1个部、机械工程实验中心1个中心。设有6个本科专业，其中农业机械化及其自动化、机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程为省级一流建设专业。车辆工程、热能与动力工程为校级一流建设专业。智能制造工程为新工科专业。
学院拥有教育部“卓越工程师”培养建设项目1个。拥有农业工程一级学科硕士点，机械工程和能源动力2个专业学位硕士点。拥有农业工程学科博士后科研工作站、黑龙江省研究生培养创新基地、黑龙江省田间农业装备工程技术重点实验室、黑龙江省农业工程实验教学中心。
The College of Mechanical Engineering comprises six departments: the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Agricultural Mechanization Engineering, the Department of Energy and Power Engineering, the Department of Mechatronic Engineering, the Department of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, and the Department of Vehicle Engineering. It also includes one division—the Fundamental Division of Mechanical Engineering—and one center—the Mechanical Engineering Experimental Center.
The college offers six undergraduate programs. Among these, Agricultural Mechanization and Automation, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, and Mechatronic Engineering are recognized as provincial first-class program construction sites. Vehicle Engineering and Thermal Energy and Power Engineering are designated as university-level first-class program construction sites. Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering is a New Engineering program.
The college hosts one Ministry of Education's "Excellent Engineer" Training Program. It offers a first-level master's program in Agricultural Engineering, as well as two professional master's programs in Mechanical Engineering and Energy & Power. Additionally, it maintains a postdoctoral research program in Agricultural Engineering, a Heilongjiang Provincial Graduate Training Innovation Base, a Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Field Agricultural Equipment Engineering Technology, and a Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Engineering Experimental Teaching Center.
